One of the email reciepients is not receiving email notifications

    Hi there, I'm not receiving emails, but my colleague is. I used to receive emails, but for some reason, now I'm not. I re-input my email address, but still not receiving emails. Please help!

    Your recipient emails are not in bounce list. Please check your spam folders, in addition to this, you may white-list our domain names, if the issue continues, as we use Amazon SES method for "noreply@jotform.com" sender:
