How to edit submission PDF template

PDF from email attachment disorganized

Created a form with more fields in one row/line. The pdf send with email changes the layout and makes all multiple fields stand as a single field and the line/form setup makes no sence this way. 

cell (number ) should be in front of the larger cell with text. Now it ends up above...

This is a standard PDF output in our system, one field per row.

What you can try is to edit the PDF template. To do this, go to Submissions page, click on a PDF icon and then open a Customize PDF editor.

Move fields per your requirements.
