Submissions storage value is not recalculating

"out of submissions storage" even though I deleted all submissions

Hi! I just noticed that I was out of submission storage, so I downloaded everything and deleted the stored submissions... that was yesterday and it still says I'm out of space. Just wondering what that's about. Thanks.
