Having Issues Updating Credit Card details

    My apologies, the failed payments were for a previous subscription that was not fully cancelled.  When your yearly Silver subscription was refunded, the recurring portion was not removed.  The subscription being cancelled caused a downgrade notice to be sent to your account.  I removed the downgrade and your current Gold subscription is not affected.  There should not be anything that needs to be done on your end.
