I need to import some data from a FormExperts form export. The Import Data app won't import my data on either Mac or Windows OS, in any browser. I tried .csv, .xls, and .xlsx formats. The import data has been scrubbed to match the import fields of the app.
No matter what I do, I get this error:
Fatal Error: The File could not be uploaded. No Submissions created.

Can you please verify that you have the proper header in you CSV file. In the sample it shows that you have to merge the Fullname and address in a single cell
If you still need help, you can either send as the header of the file and a couple of records in this thread or send us the CSV file to our firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include this thread in the subject of the email.
We will do our best to help import the file.

The header in my file is the proper header for the app. I copied and pasted the header data from the app and scrubbed and combined my data to match both the header and sample data. I rechecked my header row in the spreadsheet and they match with no extra spaces or characters. Data is formatted as in the sample.

I have found the file you sent us via email and I have tested it, I noticed the same, I'm currently getting the same issue when trying to import your file in a cloned form of yours.
I also made a simple testing form with only a full name field and email field, tried to import submissions using a .xlsx and .xls and both failed, I'm getting the same error you're getting.
I will escalate this issue to our second level, we will notify you via this thread when it is resolved.

This problem should now be resolved. The import.jotform.io app will work as it should.
