    It won't import my form on either Mac or Windows OS, in any browser. I get this error:

    Fatal Error: The File could not be uploaded. No Submissions created.

    If the headers in the file you are trying to import data from is different then the expected format, this will result in errors because the app is unable to match the fields in your form with the one in the imported file.

     

    You need to rename the headers from the file to match the ones in the given template.

    Thank you for your response, Huberson. The headers do match -- copied and pasted from the sample. The headers have no quotes or extra spaces.

    I've opened a support ticket in the forum. It was answered extremely quickly and we're working on getting this fixed! Thanks again for your help!
