these are not embedded on a site, we simply emailing the links out to our customers to compelte the forms sand they are not forwarding back to our emails like they have been, Need help quickly please

I believe my colleague has addressed this issue in the following thread:
I checked our logs and the emails do look to be sending properly once again. If you are still having trouble with your notifications, please let us know via your original thread and we will be happy to have another look.
