    Why are my questions not getting answered?

    I have only posted three questions, one over a month ago and one last week, but I have never heard back and cannot track them in the forum or under the my questions tab. I am trying a different browser to submit this question in the event that my questions were never received. Here are the problems I am having:

    My account shows that I am almost out of space even though I have deleted all of my submissions. I gave it plenty of time to update. It went two days with no submissions and never reset.

    Also, I am having major issues with the FTP integration. In some cases (usually with bigger files) I receive a notification email that someone has filled out the form but the file on my FTP is incomplete. It only uploads part of the file. Also,the PDF form attached to the email, when working correctly, has the download links to the files included. In the instances in which the file does not fully upload, there is no link in the PDF. Do you know why the files are not completely uploading to my FTP or have any ideas on what to try?

    I have checked threads with your username and this is only thread that I found. Maybe you were not logged in to your account when you posted your other threads. Considering that I am not able to find them and you did not received replays, please post your questions again here on forum. Also please open new thread for each of your questions.     I was definitely logged into my account. Switching web browsers must have worked because my question immediately showed up under the my questions tab, none of my other questions ever showed up there.
