My name is Andrew, and we are using jotform at our university to send reference requests to students' references via a form we've created. For the most part it is working great. We've had a couple people who were unable to open the jotform link I've sent them. It's the same link I send to everyone.
Are there any troubleshooting tips you can give me to send to people having trouble opening the jotform link? Are there common problems people have with this?
Any help you can give would be appreciated.

I was not able to replicate mentioned issue. I successfully opened link of the form you provided. I have tested link of your form in Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox and Internet Explorer.
Links of our forms should work in all browser. However we recommend using of Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox.
Do you maybe know which device and browser those users used? Were you able to replicate same issue? Maybe they had issue with internet connection.
Please tell them to try again and if it happens again let us know. Also if possible please provide us a screenshot of error message that was shown when form did not open.
