Name keeps reappearing on Bounce List

    I have just removed several emails from the bounce list under settings, and then went and made a few changes to a form and submitted a test and didn't receive the notifier. I then went back to the bounce list and re-entered the emails again and had to remove them once again. Can you please help me ensure that emails only need be removed from the bounce list one time?

    If you address is continuously being placed on the bounce list, it means your address is still rejecting emails.  To prevent this from occurring, you would need to whitelist our domains and IP's with your email provider:
