Why do some of the required questions still come back blank?

We have a form that we use with our clients that about 90% of the questions require an answer before they can submit the form. But we are still occasionally getting forms that have answers for the required questions missing. Out of the 87 submissions we've received for this form, it has happened 10 times that some required answers were missing.

Does this usually happen with some specific fields, or random fields? Please provide us with a list of affected form fields if possible, so we will be able to look further.

It is typically the address field that does not have an answer.

I cloned your form and made some test submissions. I kept the address field empty, and I can confirm that even though it is required, I am able to submit the form without entering an information within the field. 

You are currently using the Multiple Text Fields widget for the address field. I would suggest you replace the Multiple Text Fields with the default Address Field instead and set that as required.
