Why am I not getting any email notifications when my form is filled out?

My form doesn't appear to be sending notifications when form is filled. noticed few days ago... It's physically working on the page, but just nothing is coming though.

Any ideas?

Which email address and form are you not receiving the email notifications on?

I checked your forms but I didn't see anything wrong currently.

And according to your email history our server shows we are sending emails to you normally.

Have you tried checking your spam folder to see if they ended up there?
