MartyG, you can try to re-embed your form to your mobile website using the Iframe method.

I tried embedding it after saving it in iFrame format....and the form displays on my Blackberry (Storm II, mode 9550), but the dropdown menus do not display at all, and the text looks garbled near the place where the dropdown menus are located.

Hi, hope this works for you, change scrolling to "yes" , it comes set to "no" by default . See the example below:
