I upgraded to Bronze on May 14th and paid my $19. Now 12 days later I get a notice that I have reached my JotForm payments limit and the email notification says that since I have a FREE account that I am limited to 10 payments/month.
It is not a FREE account. I paid for the Bronze... and it hasn't even been two weeks, let alone a month.
What's the deal?

I checked your account and I can confirm that you upgraded to Bronze on May 14th. Since you are subscribed to Bronze, you should not be getting an email regarding the 10 payments/month. I checked your account limits and I see that you are well below the limits for a Bronze account. This might have been a temporary glitch in the system. Please disregard that email.
