Hi, We recently experienced lots of problems on email notification.
After the file is submit the notification email wasn't sent to us sometimes.
So we don't know the file is submit .
I also try to change email setting, but I never receive the test email from JotForm.
What is the issue coming from ?

I checked the email addresses you're currently using in your forms and I could find one of them in our bounce list, here is the reason:
Reason(s) : 554 5.7.0 [internal] sending account
I would suggest you to follow the steps on this guide in order to avoid bouncing: How-to-Setup-Email-Alerts-to-Prevent-Email-Bouncing-Related-Issues
Also, you can check and remove an email address from our bounce list by following the steps on this guide: How-to-Remove-Your-Email-Address-from-Bounce-List
You may also ask your email provider to white-list our IP addresses, but this will work only if you're using our default sender emails: Whitelisting-JotMails-IP-Addresses
