As a free user, you have 1000 Form view limit per month. When you embed your form to your website and viewed by somebody, the counter will increase each time when your form is loaded. Once you reach the monthly limit, you don't receive more submissions until next month. Please check the guide below for more information about form view limit:

In addition to that, If you create an order form, as a free user, you have limited for 10 payment form. When you reach your limit, the account will go on Overlimit Status. Then all the forms will stop receiving submissions. To increase payment submission limits, you will need to upgrade to a higher subscription plan.

As a Free user, you have 10 payment submissions and totally, 100 submissions limit per month.

As a Bronze user, you have 1000 payment submissions and totally, 1000 submissions limit per month.

As a Silver user, you have 10.000 payment submissions and totally, 10.000 submissions limit per month.

As a Gold user, you have 100.000 payment submissions and totally, 100.000 submissions  limit per month.

As a platinum user, you have 1.000.000 payment submissions and totally 1.000.000 submissions limit per month.

I have checked and your account is on Storage plan. With Storage plan you can have unlimited total submission storage and that is the only difference than free/starter plan.

Your form can still be viewed only 1,000 times per month and you can receive only 10 payment submissions.

You can increase form view limit to unlimited by adding JotForm footer to your forms. You can enable it on settings page of your account. More about form views and how to increase the form views, you can find inside of this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/355-Form-View-Limits-What-is-it-all-about

However if you want to have more payment submissions, you would need to upgrade your account to Bronze plan. With Bronze plan you can receive up to 1,000 payment submissions each month. We can cancel you Storage subscription and make refund. Then you can upgrade your account to Bronze plan.

Let us know if you need further assistance.
