My form shows that my submission storage is full (is on red). However I have only 140 submissions.

Submissions Storage is our new limit for our current plans. Free accounts are limited to store up to 500 submissions. This limit is for the account (total forms), not for individual forms.
I checked your account, but I don't see that notice. Well, there's nothing to worry about this since you only have 140 total submissions. When you reach 450 total submissions, you will receive an email from us with an option to upgrade to remove the limit. You have two upgrade options, the Storage Plan which is also a new plan intended for keeping the submissions to our servers without the limit or the regular plans (Bronze, Silver, and Gold and Platinum). You can also just download/export your form submissions and delete them from your account to restore the limit.
Let us know if you need more information or if you are confused with these new sets of features/limits.

I decided to send this to our backend team. It should display 140 out of 500. If there are updates, you should know it through this thread.

We are sorry for the inconvenience! We've fixed the view of total submission storage counts. Since you didn't exceed the storage limit, you won't see the information bar. You can check your total usage from the usage page https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/usage.
Please check it again and let us know if the issue still exists.
Thank you for contacting us.
