forms in account disabled

    Hi,

      For some reason the forms in my account (vmurphy) are all responding with:

    Form not found

    Form is disabled

    I was creating a new form which asks for username and password, which I think might be the problem based on some posts I saw on the forum.

    Can you help?

    Update: I deleted the form which was asking for username and password, now realizing this is a violation of your terms. Sorry, did not realize this rules existed. How can I get my account re-enabled?

    Yes, unfortunately it is not possible to create password fields, as this activates the phishing filter and suspends the account. 

    Your account is now active.
