Not getting email notifications

    There is a form that comes up on my jotform submissions page but I did not get an email notice.

    Your email address is not in the bounce list. I have checked the mail logs and I can see that the notifications are being sent. Here's a screenshot:

    I have checked your notification settings and I can see that it is configured properly. 

    Please check your spam folders. I would advise you to please check if there are any spam filters on your email program or email client. You can also try white-listing JotMail IP addresses. Please check this guide as well to prevent email bouncing issue.

    I have no idea why but the form was in my promotions folder in Gmail.
    First time that happened.
