Download all uploads

Please explain your naming convention when you create the .zip file after selecting 'Download all uploads' under submissions.

I am finding it difficult to correlate it back to the excel spreadsheet when I download the data.

There is no pattern ..... ??

When you download all the files, it will create a zip file with the following name:

[formID]_uploads.zip

When you open the form, you can find the ID of the form in the URL

In one(1) zip I can have multiples files/folders.

How do I know what uploaded files belongs to which record in the excel spreadsheet ..... that is what we are struggling with. 

Thank you for the information. The way you know what files belong to what form is by the submission ID. When you unzip the file you you should see subfolders with the the ID of each submission. In each folder there you will find the upload files that have been uploaded.

[formid]_uploads.zip->[submissionID]->[file name]
