I'm with a nonprofit org, so managing costs are important. If I sign up for Bronze plan, but say for 1 month out of the year we know we will have a lot of interest, can I pay the monthly extra to increase my counts? Will I 'fall back' to my yearly plan after the month expires?
Thanks in advance,

I am sorry to say that, we don't have a special discount for non-profit organizations. Our rates are already competitive compared to other providers and if you subscribe for our yearly or bi-yearly subscription mode, you can enjoy discounted rates.
Kindly, check our pricing here.
If you have any question or issues, please do not hesitate to contact us. We will be glad to assist you.

On no, that was not my question, so sorry to confuse. I understand your rates are set, regardless of the organization type. I intend to sign up for Bronze yearly. During the course of my subscription also buy for 1 month a higher priced subscription?

If you switch subscriptions during the course of your yearly subscription, you will be given a pro-rated credit towards further subscriptions. If you have a year of Bronze and switch to monthly Silver, your subscription would then be monthly Silver. If you wanted to to return to Bronze yearly afterwards, you would need to create a new yearly subscription once again. You would again receive a pro-rated credit for any remaining time on the Silver subscription.
