Hello - can I create hidden fields that won't show up to the person filling the form out, but will be part of the form when we download as an excel file? We would use these for inter-office notes, etc...for each response we get, but not sure if I can add hidden fields.
Also, as we receive new responses to our form, is it possible to download them in a way that will just add to our existing excel file? Or can we only download each response as its own excel file?

When exporting your data to Excel, all submissions currently shown in the submission view for your form will be included in the spreadsheet:
Submission data can be filtered and then exported.
