Account Upgrade

    I just upgraded our account to Gold but it's not updating.  We need to have this take effect immediately as our account form views have been disabled.  Please reply asap.

    I checked our records, as well as our invoices for your account and did not see a successful payment for Gold.  If you would like to upgrade to Gold, we can switch your subscription manually.  This would automatically charge the same card on file for the difference in price.

    However, since you account is over form view limits, and the monthly reset occurs in a few days, if you want unlimited form views limit, you can allow JotForm to display ad (Powered By JotForm) in the footer section of your forms. To do so, just check "JotForm Footer" on your settings page You should see "unlimited used" in your account status after that under Form Views.

    You can remove the footer after the reset occurs on the 1st.
