Emails don't come to my JotForm account when being sent from Outlook or Apple Mail

    Although I use my jotform address, trying to email to my jotform account from Outlook or Apple Mail, simply doesn't work. Customers must only contact me from my site. Is that true and how can it be fixed?

    I think there is a misunderstanding here. JotForm can only handle form submissions, it cannot receive emails.

    If you also want to receive direct emails from your customers besides form submissions, you should post your email on the site as a contact option. JotForm can only receive submissions and email you the result.
