Downloading data

We're trying to download the data so we can delete it from your servers, but keep getting an error when opening the zip file.  Should we be doing anything differently?

For two forms, I would recommend downloading the data for each individually through the submissions page:

http://www.jotform.com/help/269-How-to-view-Submissions

Export the submissions to Excel or CSV format from there.
