Jotform in iFrame in Oracle Portal doesn't work?Asked by Pat Costello on May 27, 2016 at 01:44 PM
Our agency used jotform in a webpage, and all worked well.
We recently displayed that page in an iFrame inside Oracle WebCenter Portal framework and jotform doesn't work. The portal requires a login to access.
I am not familiar with Oracle WebCenter Portal framework and I did not found any other thread on our forum that is related to Oracle WebCenter Portal framework, so I am not sure what can be the issue.
Please try to re-embed your form with iFrame code: https://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-form-iFrame-code
You can also try with our other embed methods:
If your form is still not displayed on your webpage, please provide us URL of your webpage, so that we can inspect that page.
