My forms are not working because I'm at my quota for views this month. Could this be incorrect?

I think its unlikely I had that many views in one month.  Google Analytics says that I have 556 visits May 1- May 26.

The view total looks to be correct.  This is the form that is getting the most views:

IF that form is embedded to a high traffic page, each time the page is loaded, the form will be as well.  Replacing the embedded form with a link to the form will reduce views by quite a bit.

If you want unlimited form views limit, you can allow JotForm to display ad (Powered By JotForm) in the footer section of your forms. To do so, just check "JotForm Footer" on your settings page https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/settings. You should see "unlimited used" in your account status after that under Form Views.

The form is not embedded into a high volume page.  I only send this for out to a few clients a month so I'm not sure how in the world it is getting so many views.

I do have that form as a template that other people can use/copy.  Could that be causing the 1000 views?

A template of the form should not affect the form views count. However, please note that the Form Views is a total of the views in all your forms. So even if you get a few views in a certain form, but your other forms get a lot of views, the total of all those views will be counted. If my website host Zenfolio is saying I have had 432 total visitors this month, how would over 1000 people have viewed my forms???  Most of my views are to my portfolio and client galleries.

As stated before, the form views limit gathers all views from all of your forms. If you need avail more, you may upgrade to a paid plan. Otherwise, you will need to wait until the first of each month for the counter to reset(tomorrow is June 1st) if you don't want to enable the JotForm Footer to lift this limit.
