Form views and submissions

I keep getting alerts that we have exceeded our monthly submissions and views. This cannot be accurate since we have had less than 200 submissions in 2016.

I have checked your account and it is overlimit and scheduled to downgrade on Date: 2016-05-30.

As free user you can receive up to 100 submissions each month and this month you received 100 submissions. Also your forms were viewed 1,005 times and for free users limit is 1,000 times per month. Because of those reasons your account will be downgraded and your form will be disabled. 

For free account, submission counter is reset on first of each month. So this means that your form will be disabled from 30th May until the 1st June.

You can also upgrade your account to any of the paid plans to get higher limits and to enable your forms immediately. You can find more about different account type on our pricing page.

You can increase your form views to unlimited by adding JotForm footer to your form. More about form view limits you can find inside of this guide:
