Multi faceted report

I have a request and it may already y be possible, but not sure.  We are planning on using Jotform to have a sign up for an energy efficiency program. 

It has 4 steps or aspects – 1. The individual consumer signs up to have an energy audit (we have a form for that and that part is easy) - 2. The auditor performs the audit with findings using the signup information - 3. The repairs are completed from the auditor’s findings with performance numbers – 4. The results are compiled.

Is it possible to have a form that has a “backside” to it that the public can’t see but our auditor and repair person can only see?

If this is already available, great.  Please point me in the right direction to get it done.  At this point, we will have to export the data from the sign up into a 4 sheet spread sheet with manual data entry of the other 3 pieces of information.
