How can I provide a link after a submission is made?

We have successfully created the following form, in which users can register for a customized brick memorial to be placed at our location.

We would like to provide a link to our donation/payment site that can be used to pay for this brick after a submission has been made. Is there anyway to edit the screen that users see after they click submit?

It is possible to redirect your users to your donation/payment site when they submit your form. You can achieve this by adding URL of you webpage inside of Thank You page wizard. Open Thank You page wizard select  Redirect to a external link option and enter URL of your webpage.

I forgot to mention that you can also edit your Thank you page. You can write your own text and style it. You can also add link of your donation/payment website.
