can page breaks be conditionally formatted

I would like the page breaks to be included in the collapsed section.  Currently, the page break still shows up even when the collapse section it is included with is hidden.  Can you help me fix this?

I'm not sure Page break can be included in form collapse. Everything added after a Page break will be moved to another section even a collapse is placed before it.

If you need to hide a Page break, you need to specifically target it from your condition.
