Facebook page no longer in

I'm trying to add a Job Inquiry form to our Facebook page. I followed the directions. The first time, both our pages were available in the "Select Facebook Pages to add Jottform to" dropdown. I selected the page I wanted it added to. Unfortunately, I did not get a "Jotform Tab successfully added" meessage, and sure enough, there is no tab or form anywhere on our Facebook page. Now, when I try and repeat the process, only our other page is available in the "Select Facebook Pages to add Jottform to" dropdown. The page I want to add it to is no longer listed.

What's wrong and what's the solutions?

It is possible that the Tab was created but no able to be seen. In other words it was created with errors. Try going into the setting of your Facebook and removing any tabs that have been created

Once it is remove, clear your cache and cookies as it could contain some information. Then you can follow the instructions in out guide to add your form into your Facebook page
