I'm afraid I'm not sure what you were asking about exactly, Judy.

    1. If you are asking about how to present some other documents inside of a JotForm form, you can embed any online documents by using our iFrame embed widget, as described in this guide

    https://www.jotform.com/help/153-How-to-Display-a-PDF-Document-On-Your-Form

    2. If you are asking about using a JotForm form inside of another document, such as inside a Word file, that is unfortunately not possible due to technical reasons. However, you can create a PDF form out of your online JotForm, as described in this guide:

    https://www.jotform.com/help/212-How-to-Create-a-PDF-Form

This will create a PDF file containing your JotForm form, which your users can then fill out and submit.

If you were asking about something else entirely, please provide a little more information about what it is you are trying to achieve, and we will be happy to help.
