    Total submissions storage: The counter is showing like if the limit has been reached when it is not.

    Hi,

     

    I chatted yesterday with you about this and it seemed to be nothing, but then it happened again.  Does it mean anything?  See the attached image.

    We apologize for this inconvenient. 

    I have checked and 22 submissions the total number of submissions you have, but it seems like you have exceeded the limit. 

    I will escalate this issue to our second level so our developers will take a look into this and we will notify you when this is fixed. 

    I would like to let you know that the counter is right, since you have 22 submissions in total. What I think should be changed here is the counter, so it seems a bit confusing when you see the red bar that says "22 of 0 used", it is most likely if you would reach the limit when this is not the case. 

    You can also see this limit by loading this link: https://jotform.com/myaccount/usage 

    It is currently showing the correct data. 

    We should update you here with news about this soon.

    Thank you.  I believe it is a glitch. because I saw that red warning before and the next time I logged in, it showed as normal (i.e. 22 submission out of 100.)  That's why I started the other question thread - because I saw that weird red warning and the odd numbers (22 out of 0) Seems like a glitch to me.

    We are sorry for the inconvenience!

    We've fixed the view of total submission storage counts. Since you didn't exceed the storage limit, you won't see the storage bar on your account. You can check your total usage from the usage page https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/usage.

    Please check it again and let us know if the issue still exists.
