I've run out of submissions storage space, how can I clear this out and make more space?

If you would like to download the submissions, please select account > data > Request Export:

It's not necessary to delete submissions as the system will automatically delete them, keeping only the  500 more recent submissions (per account, not per form).
But if you want to manually delete them you can just go to My Forms > select the form > Submissions > View > delete submissions:
