Where's the free book link?

I signed up; received confirmation email and responded; but couldn't find the free book.

I could find that this is related to one form you submitted, I have checked that form and there is not any link in the email auto-responder nor attached on the thank you page. 

I would suggest you to contact the owner and ask for the link or the file.
