How do I add my form to smugmug website?

    We have a widget where you can add your Smugmug photos to your form, here it is: https://widgets.jotform.com/widget/smugmug.

    However, we don't have something that will directly upload to your Smugmug account.

    To upload photos to your JotForm account, you can use the File Upload field under the Form Tools or our widgets. You can check this guide to learn more:

    So there's no CSS code for the contact form? Or HTML5? So are you saying that short of using a direct link which I've done by linking form to "contact us" and it works, that there's no way to put the form on the page?

    What my colleague was referring, is that there is not an integration that will allow you to send files uploaded directly to your Smugmug  account, but you should be able to embed your form into your Smugmug  website. 

    If there is a place to add HTML code then you can get the embed code for your form and then embed it in your website, here is the link to the default embed method:
