    It can be done using <center></center>.

    Replace the line:

    <p><img src="//www.puriasimpact.com/filestore/thumbsup.jpg" alt="Smiley face" width="300" height="300" /></p>

    with:

    <center>
    <p><img src="//www.puriasimpact.com/filestore/thumbsup.jpg" alt="Smiley face" width="300" height="300" /></p>
    </center>

    and that should enable the image to center.
