I'm completely frustrated. This is my first time using Jot Form for an application for membership. I've since deleted all of my submissions. The space went back to zero and storage disappeared. I've lost possible applications. There was no indication to the candidate that their application wasn't received aside from a confirmation not being sent via email setup. Is there any where to retrieve these applications!!

Your forms have zero submissions. Whenever a form is submitted, it will register in your forms submissions view: https://www.jotform.com/help/269-How-to-view-form-submissions-and-export-them
If you delete it from there, there is not way to retrieve it.
If you have setup email notifications, and you have not received it. Do the following:
1) Make sure the recipient isn't in bounce list: https://www.jotform.com/help/262-How-to-Remove-Your-Email-Address-from-Bounce-List
2) Check your spam folders.
3) White-list our domain names as we use Amazon SES method for "noreply@jotform.com" sender:
· jotform.com
· email.amazonses.com
· amazonses.com
· jotform.co
· secure.jotform.co
· s3.amazonaws.com
