After the Thank You shows my web banner there is no option to download the PDF Ebook file

On my end after the 'Thank You' shows my web banner, but no PDF Ebook File. Thanks

I test submitted your form https://www.jotform.us/form/61086586741160 and it was working as intended. I was able to download the PDF Ebook on your website  http://www.emilioroman.com/413tev.php after clicking on the link in the Thank You page.
