Form unavailable

    Hi

     

    One of my mission critical forms, VLE001, s unavailable and there is no logical reason for this.

     

    I switched you you from Power because I thought your service offered more, but this issue is costing us clients and a lot of money.  Please resolve it urgently.

    Your form should be working fine by now.

    The reason why your form stops accepting submissions is that you have set a limit of 3 submissions in your form, meaning your form will only accept up to 3 submissions. You have also enabled Loose Check. This means that your form will only accept 1 submission per browser. I have removed these limits in your form. It should be fine by now.
