Afraid we got hacked

    Do you use Plimus to process payments for service? 

    We received a notice about upgrading when we didn't actually need to upgrade and ended up paying Plimus.  I'm afraid that this is a scam and that we gave credit card information to some weirdo.  PLEASE get back to me to either assure me that everything is okay or let me know that something is wrong.


    This was on the receipt: Secure e-Commerce services are provided by Plimus, an online reseller for Interlogy LLC.

    No, the email was legit, we do use Plimus for our payment processing. 

    I have already issued a refund for that payment as your account was already Professional status, I can only apologize for that glitch in our system and can assure you that it is a very rare occurence

    I will continue to work through your account related issues on the other ongoing email conversation we are having. We just need to get a couple of things tidied up so that you wont see any issues like this again.
