The online form I have has suddenly stopped forwarding to the designated email address. I have tried to reset, and sent test emails, to no avail. I also tried to change the email to another email, and still it did not work.
Please can you advise?

Upon checking your email address firstname.lastname@example.org, I found that it ended up in our bounce list for following reasons:
email@example.com is IN
the bounce list
Reason(s) : smtp; 554 5.7.1 : Recipient address rejected: user firstname.lastname@example.org does not exist
I have now moved your email address from bounce list and it should work fine now. You need to take a loser look at the bounce reason and ensure that the email address is valid and exists.
Please test your form again and get back to us if you receive submission emails successfully.
