Email Confirmations Not Working

    Hi,

     

    I have my 3 forms set that when a customer submits a form there are 3 copies of the form sent to 3 different emails.

    but sometimes only 1 person gets it sometimes 2 and sometimes all 3 are sent

     

    why is this?

    It seems you've created your notifications individually. We would appreciate it if you could try to create your notifications in one notification:

    In addition to that, I see that you're using the hidden field on your form.

    Hidden box fields can never be displayed in a form because they use the HTML tag "<input type="hidden">" which, when interpreted by the browser is a field that's invisible to the user. If you want to show/hide your fields you need to use conditions. Please, check the guide below for more information:
