Do you know why our API connection via Zapier has stopped?
We started last week collecting data to our form and it collected 39070 entries - but the Zapier have only transferred 26795 entries via API to Carma email hub.
Zapier seems to think that you have some sort of API limit, is this the case?
The transfers worked very slowly but it was steady. Now it has stopped completely ;(https://form.jotform.com/61443379219965Page URL:

Yes, there is a daily API limit, this is probably the reason you only received part of the entries. I have reset the limit. You can check your usage here:
As you mention that the integration stopped working please try to create a new one.

i just discovered, that the max size of file download from Jotform is 26800 recipients per file.
Is this connected somehow to the halt of Zapier API transfers, which have stopped surprisingly close to above value, namely at 26.795 entries??
So not only is there a daily limit of 10.000 transfers, but also a permanent top limit per API connection of 26.800?
Looking forward to hear your reply to this, since it will affect the way we can use Jotform in the future – we may have to switch to a platform that can meet our future requirements better.

JotForm's submission page allows downloads including up to 32,000 submissions in one batch depending on the number columns involved. Considering that you can download 26,800 submissions, probably your submissions have more columns.
I am not sure if this is related to Zapier API transfers. I will check with our developers and we will inform you additionally via this thread.
