your email "exceeded form view limits"

    Hi, 

     

    I've just received your email warning about that my account have exceeded the number of form views.

    It sound strange to me because 2 of the 4 forms have just being online and the website is new.

    Is it possible to have a report of the views?

    Thank you for contacting us. It seems your account was downgraded due to reach your form view limits. To solve that issue, you can upgrade your account from our pricing page.

    If you indicate the URL of your website that you've embedded the form, we can forward it to our developers with pleasure. We will wait for your response.

    I think we are going to dismiss the service because it doesn't fit for now our needs (we're just a no profit cultural association).

    You can also add JotForm logo as a footer as you see below. I've also removed downgrade.
