Availing Monthly Plans

We only need the registration form for about three months from March to May, every year. Can we upgrade to Silver in March and downgrade to starter in June?

Yes you can do so as long as you just choose Silver monthly plan so it is easy to upgrade and downgrade as needed. To upgrade your account, please see How to Upgrade My Account.
