Form Not Responsive

I also have a tab on another page that I can not get to work on mobile at all.  The second page is https://www.facebook.com/YourAgentRocks/   3rd tab from the profile pic, 0 down workshop.

I checked the embedded form in your FB page - https://www.facebook.com/YourAgentRocks/  - and here is what it looks like in iPad mini:

The envelope image is messed up. Can you please try adding the Mobile Responsive widget to your form? Please see below.

I can't see the tan ski I can't see the tabs. Don't know why?

Sorry, I couldn't notice any 'tan ski' or tabs on your form either from direct URL - https://www.jotform.com/61476114404146, or your Facebook page - https://www.facebook.com/YourAgentRocks/.

If your form is not responsive, add Mobile Responsive Widget as suggested by my colleague above, or check 'Make this form responsive' option from Designer.
