Can not log in or reset password

    I a not sure if it is my computer or Jotform that have done something so my password is not valid anymore. And I try to get a new one to my email address. I have waited 30 minutes and no mail has come from you.

    I see that your email address is in our bounce list and hence the emails are not being delivered to this address. I have now removed it from the bounce list and you should be receiving now without any issue. I have requested the password reset of your account now and see that the Password reset instructions are sent from our end. 

    Please check and let us know if the email is not received. We will be happy to check it again for you.
