Please be noted that Free subscription account is limited to receive 100 submissions/10 payments/1000 form views and 100MB storage/500 total submissions storage. If you are expecting less than the limits provided, your account should be fine. If you do not want to receive payments, you may disable the PayPal integrated form.
I see that your account is currently having 639 total submissions in your account. Since the limit is only 500 submissions, the old submissions are removed after the notice period. If you need to store the submissions in your account, you may consider using Storage plan at $5/month to store unlimited submissions.
You may also consider removing the submissions from your account to keep them less than 500 submissions. You may export the submission data using our new Data Export feature. Please refer to the blog post below releasing the Data Export feature.
